Corrective exercises for better joint stability and mobility

Do you deal with lower back pain, knee pain, or shoulder pain during golf? Or does it keep you from playing golf? We can help you with our Corrective Exercise program for golfers. Research suggests that musculoskeletal pain is much more common now than it was 30 years ago. Our work and home environments are inundated with automation, computers, cell phones, and driving long periods to and from work that leaves us sitting for long periods of time. All of these combined sedentary lifestyle changes can lead to poor posture, muscle imbalance, and injury as we see in clients every day. Areas of the body that we see the most pain and injuries are; knees, lower back, and shoulders. The reason for pain stemming from these areas is they are meant to be stable, and the opposing joints are meant to be mobile. When the opposing joints are not mobile, they generate mobility from the joints that are not stable, resulting in joint pain and muscle tightness. We use the latest research and corrective exercise techniques to strip away the damage that you do to your body on a daily basis, and increase mobility and stability of your joints.
