I went to Adam as a "last resort" before going under the knife. I wish I had found him five years ago when my back pain was really bad. I came to Adam with severe sciatica and muscle spasms; I was essentially immobile. I happen to work in the golf industry, but Adam didn’t address my health problems as golf issues. He addressed my situation as a whole body (what the hell have you been doing) approach. I can say that after just four or five sessions, my pain level went from a nine to a one or two. I could play golf, sleep, run, and live a normal life. Now, about five months later, I feel great. Over the last five years, I have been to every type of doctor and therapist, and I've had six epidural injections, acupuncture, and other therapies; I exhausted all options. Adam’s knowledge and ability to adapt his skills to my situation are what set him apart from other therapists. It’s not a one size fits all system, and because of that, I can’t thank him enough!

Adam has been working with my daughter for almost two years. She is a 16-year-old competitive junior golfer. Not only has he helped her with strength, stability, and distance, he has also taught her that hard work and discipline lead to success. Adam has a unique way of motivating and encouraging her to do her best and has been a key part of her development. She just committed to playing college golf at Texas A&M, and we are so thankful for everything Adam has done to get her to this important milestone. We are fans for life!

I have been going to Adam for six months. I am in the construction business and have had lower back pain for years. I have to say, I no longer have severe back problems, and I can touch my feet again! My golf game is also better with no pain. Thanks, Adam!

I lost 20 strokes in 18 months! This occurred after improving my overall strength, core strength, flexibility, mobility, and stability with Adam at Golfstretch Therapies. From my initial comprehensive evaluation to the physical training, coaching, and fitness education I receive today, Adam has not only helped improve my golf game, but he has also provided valuable insight on how to live and feel better throughout the day. Being over 50, I started feeling muscle aches, joint pain, and overall stiffness that began to slowly creep into my daily routine. Based on a training program tailored to my specific needs, the workout routines and advanced stretching techniques have literally reversed the trend of stiffness and pain. My physical condition since working with Adam has left me looking and feeling better than I have in years, both on and off the course. I have 20 strokes to prove it!

I have been going to Golfstretch Therapies for approximately two months; I was referred to Adam by a friend. I am an avid, single-digit golfer in my 40's. After my initial evaluation, Adam's in-depth knowledge of the golf swing and body mechanics helped identify where I needed to improve, and he designed a program to do it. The results have been fantastic. I highly recommend this business for any sport that involves balance, rotation, and power (golf, tennis, baseball).

I started going to Golfstretch because I was experiencing pain and numbness in my hand while playing golf. After a very thorough evaluation, Dr. Mackner discovered weaknesses in my base movements, so he designed a program to help correct them. Between the personal training and stretch sessions, I feel better in all aspects of my life, not just my golf game. I was able to start running and lifting weights again without the nagging pain that had been keeping me away. I feel like I can now get back to my previously active lifestyle without being in pain or causing injury. Initially, the cost seems high, but it is worth it to feel this good!
